VRFocus - Many dream of virtual reality (VR) taking them far into the distant future, but what about humanity's recent past? Irish start-up company Immersive VR is looking to do just that with a new Kickstarter crowd-funding campaign for The Apollo 11 Virtual Reality Experience. As the name suggests, this hopeful project looks to transport viewers back to that historic moment in 1969 in which man first walked on the Moon using the Oculus Rift head-mounted display (HMD). The company is asking for 30,000 EUR to aid development.
